Turning world-class engineering capability into tangible commercial growth — for 30 years.
I am a deep-tech commercial leader with a 30-year track record of opening new markets, winning complex technical deals, and building lasting customer relationships in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, and high-tech industries.
As founder and CEO of SCIL Nanoimprint Solutions, I built a company from an internal R&D project into a global scale-up, achieving over €20M in revenue with a clear pathway to €100M. I personally led the partnerships with Applied Materials, Trumpf, and Moxtek, and shaped customer programs across Europe, the US, and Asia.
Prior to SCIL, I spent a decade at Philips in senior acquisition and licensing roles, negotiating up to 20 deep-tech transactions per year. I combine entrepreneurial drive with deep fluency in technical environments and a genuine instinct for where commercial value lies.
I am now available to support ambitious deep-tech start-ups and scale-ups as a management consultant, strategic advisor, or non-executive board member.
Whether you are a deep-tech start-up preparing for commercial liftoff, a scale-up navigating the challenges of rapid growth, or a board seeking an experienced non-executive director — I bring 30 years of hands-on experience in exactly these environments.
Strategic advisory for deep-tech companies at critical inflection points. From go-to-market strategy and commercial model design to stakeholder alignment and partnership structuring. I help leadership teams translate technical excellence into market traction and sustainable revenue growth.
Hands-on support for deep-tech ventures building their first commercial organisation. I help founders open doors with tier-1 customers, structure their first major deals, build partner ecosystems, and establish the commercial foundations that enable scalable growth. I have built this from scratch — I know what works.
Experienced board-level perspective for innovative companies seeking independent oversight and strategic challenge. I bring commercial acumen, deep industry networks in semiconductor and advanced manufacturing, and a track record of governance at the intersection of technology and business — including membership on the Board of Allied Security Trust. As CEO of SCIL, I also served on its 1-tier board, combining executive leadership with direct board responsibility and giving me first-hand experience of effective board dynamics in a fast-growing deep-tech company.
